VICE PRESIDENT

Ashley Turner is currently the Director of External Affairs and Partnerships for the DeVos Sport Business Management Graduate Program at the University of Central Florida. In her role, she works closely with industry leaders to develop partnerships that provide students with industry experience and the partners with consultation for business challenges.

Prior to joining UCF, Ashley led the Orlando Magic’s premium activation efforts for six years. Preceding her time with the Orlando Magic in 2011, Ashley worked at the legendary Madison Square Garden.

Turner received her M.B.A and a Masters in Sports Management from the DeVos Sport Business program at the University of Central Florida. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from SUNY Buffalo, where she was a captain on the women’s soccer team.

PRESIDENT

Kelly Day is the Operations Proprietor at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World, where she leads a team of 12 managers and 300+ Cast Members who execute professional, collegiate, and amateur events. In Kelly’s time at ESPN WWOS, she has been involved in the successful operational planning and execution of The Invictus Games, Pro Bowl, Atlanta Braves Spring Training, Orlando Invitational DI Basketball Tournament, runDisney events and all national championship tournaments that ESPN WWOS hosts annually. She has been with the Walt Disney Company for 13 years.

Day received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary where she played basketball for four years and was eventually inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.  Kelly continued her education with a Masters in Sports Management from Western Illinois University.

In her spare time, Day enjoys staying active at the gym and playing with her two young nieces. She is also the proud dog mom of a precious beagle, Luke. 



SECRETARY

Jennifer Lastik joined GO Sports in 2007 and is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. She earned a B.S. in Sport Management from Slippery Rock University and an M.S. in Sport Management from West Virginia University. Currently, Lastik serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership and the Greater Orlando chapter of WISE (Women in Sports & Events).
 
In 2024, she was recognized as a Sports Business Journal Gamechanger honoree. Her accolades also include being named an Orlando Business Journal COO Honoree and Women in Sports Leadership Award Honoree in 2023, as well as an Orlando Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Honoree in 2021. She was also named to the Orlando Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 in both 2014 and 2018.
 
Lastik was inducted into the Inaugural Class of the Slippery Rock University Sport Management Hall of Fame and is a proud graduate of the WISE Executive Leadership Institute.




BOARD MEMBER

Katie Stocz Miller is in her 14th season with the Orlando Magic, where she has grown her career from sales executive to senior vice president of premium and client services, fan experience and operations. Miller is responsible for leading the Magic’s premium and client services teams and customer service initiatives, while implementing short and long-term retention strategies that increase fan affinity, maximize revenue and continue to strengthen the Orlando Magic brand. Prior to joining the Magic, Miller spent three years in minor league baseball as the director of client services for the Savannah Sand Gnats. She has also spent time with WATH/WXTQ radio in Athens, Ohio, the Cleveland Browns and the Southern Ohio Copperheads.

Miller serves on the board for Central Florida Community Arts and has previously served with Central Florida’s Adult Literacy League. Miller is a member of the Ohio University Alumni chapter, and also mentors young professionals in collegiate sport business programs, including the University of Central Florida. 

A native of Cortland, Ohio, Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in psychology from Ohio University. Katie and her husband, Steve, reside in Altamonte Springs, Fla., with their daughter, Maya (7) and son, Cole (4).


Steph Heika
TREASURER

Steph Heika is a Senior Finance Manager at The Walt Disney Company, leading teams participating in financial planning processes including the Long-Term Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Capital Plan, and Forecasts. As a trusted thought partner across multiple disciplines, she has built strong relationships throughout the organization. Across her 10 years at Disney, Steph has driven innovative business modeling and fostered collaboration across teams, delivering a best-in-class approach. Passionate about growth and development, Steph actively mentors and contributes to the company’s finance transformation efforts.

Steph holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Accountancy and an MBA in Accountancy, both from Eastern Illinois University.



BOARD MEMBER

Kay Rawlins is a Founder of Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride, and serves as SVP & Club Ambassador. Kay’s current role includes speaking engagements on behalf of the Club, building the alumni network and programs, Chamber and civic group engagement and the Pride Collective. She is a board member for the Central Florida Foundation, 4Roots Farm, Florida Sports Foundation, WISE Greater Orlando, All Women Empowered and is on the Advisory Committee of the US Global Leadership Coalition.

Kay gave a talk at TEDx Orlando 2017 and was awarded 2016 Businesswoman of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal, Corporate Ally of the Year 2019 by the Pride Chamber, LGBTQ+ Ally by the Florida Diversity Council and included in Florida Trend 500 Most Influential Business Leaders in 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024 and City & State Women Power 100 in 2022. In 2024, she was inducted into the Junior Achievement Hall of Fame and selected as one of the Women to Know in Florida by KNOW Women.

Sharon is senior vice president of Community Impact & Partnership Engagement for AdventHealth where she leads brand growth, marketing, communications and issues management, non-profit, sports, entertainment and other business partnerships, community relations and community investment, corporate sales, and philanthropy. 
 
Under her leadership, Sharon has created bold strategic partnerships and alliances such as the Orlando Magic, where AdventHealth leverages sports science and predictive analytics to improve athlete performance; with the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, where researchers are exploring the intersection of the arts and health; and Walt Disney World, where AdventHealth World of Wellness provides guests an exclusive health ecosystem.  
 
Recognized as one of the most influential leaders by Winter Park Magazine, Sharon is focused on accelerating and improving health and wellbeing, as well as driving economic tourism and impact through sports, arts, and culture. Currently, Sharon serves as president of Florida Citrus Sports, past chair of the Greater Orlando Sports Commission, founder and board member of WISE Greater Orlando, and a board member of the Orlando Museum of Art and the Mennello Museum of Art.  
 
Before joining AdventHealth, Sharon worked in sports marketing for the Olympics, World Cup Soccer, and college sports.



BOARD MEMBER & 
GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE CHAIR

Amie Dugan is Senior Vice President, Special Olympics North America. She leads the Organizational Development team that provides guidance and oversight to the 85 Special Olympics Programs throughout the United States, Canada, Caribbean, from ensuring compliance to facilitating the operational and programmatic advancement and excellence of all Programs to further the mission and impact of Special Olympics. 
 
An accomplished, engaging, and versatile nonprofit leader, consultant, and sought-after speaker, Amie Dugan has 30 years of nonprofit experience, ranging from the grassroots to international levels of the sector. Prior to her current role, she established Special Olympics North America's Marketing and Communications division and led the department. Prior to that, she served as Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Special Olympics Florida for fourteen years. Amie was inducted into the Special Olympics Florida Hall of Fame in 2011.
 
Prior to Special Olympics, she worked for the Walt Disney World Company and the Juilliard School of Music. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rollins College and holds a MMBA as well as a certificate in nonprofit management.
 
Amie is an instructor, consultant, and curriculum developer for the nonprofit governance certificate program and custom consultation programming at The Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College. She is also a BoardSource certified nonprofit consultant.
 
In addition to the Board of Directors, Amie has served as a WISE Within mentor for multiple years.



BOARD MEMBER

Nicole Haves is Vice President, Chief of Staff for NASCAR and is the first individual to hold this position since the organization’s founding. Alongside the executive leadership team, she shapes the strategy and operations of NASCAR, executing strategic and operational matters. Haves joined NASCAR in 2018, driving measurable business results in managing NASCAR Official and Track Partner relationships through strategic sponsorship programs and brand platforms.
 
Prior to joining NASCAR, she worked at The Marketing Arm and delivered integrated, global marketing campaigns across AT&T’s sport sponsorship portfolio. She started her career within the Florida State University Athletic Department managing marketing and advertising campaigns for athletic teams while increasing awareness, brand affinity and revenue for the Athletics Department. 
 
Haves was recognized as a Forty Under 40 by the Daytona Beach News-Journal in 2024 and is a member of Leadership Seminole, Class 2023. Residing in Sanford, she holds two degrees from Florida State University; Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Communication and Master of Science in Sport Management.



BOARD MEMBER

Sari Kitelyn is the Director of Esports for Full Sail University and the owner of Greater Orlando XP League. For the past 18 years, she has successfully developed brand initiatives for Full Sail, including brand campaigns, community outreach projects, new business development, and strategic planning. Since 2016, Sari has been building Full Sail’s award-winning esports ecosystem.
 
Under Sari’s leadership, Full Sail Armada has been recognized as a finalist for the Collegiate Award at the annual Esports Awards, Collegiate Esports Program of the year by the Tempest Awards, and Most influential Gaming Community by Women in Games Global Awards. In 2022, Armada was recognized for their support of marginalized genders in gaming when they won the award for "Up and Coming Collegiate Team" by the *gameHERs awards.

Sari is also the co-founder of Esports and Coffee - a Twitch show and online community dedicated to supporting marginalized voices throughout esports and gaming, which she developed with other women advocating for more diversity in those spaces. 
 
A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Sari holds her bachelor’s degree in Political Science/Pre-Law and her MBA. She has also earned her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Sari is a member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and serves as the Vice Chair for the Wise Within Mentorship committee. She is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Association of Collegiate Esports, and serves in mentorship roles for marginalized genders and communities.



BOARD MEMBER

Kyle Sturley is the Associate Vice President of Marketing, Communications & Special Events for the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. In this role, she is responsible for the planning and execution of major marquee events hosted by GO Sports, and also manages the organization’s marketing, communications, website and digital media efforts.

Sturley received her BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and M.S. Ed. in Sport Management from Old Dominion University. In addition to WISE Greater Orlando, she serves as President of the Board of Directors for Orlando’s Downtown Arts District.

In her free time, Sturley freelances in college athletics, annually working events such as the ESPN Events Invitational and NIT Tipoff.



GENERAL COUNSEL

Vered Yakovee founded Yakovee Law, P.A. through which she serves best-in-class professional and amateur sports properties. She was previously Vice President and Associate General Counsel for the Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center (then AmericanAirlines Arena) and Associate Team Counsel for the Boston Celtics. Prior to that, she was outside counsel for the Los Angeles Lakers, the Allstate Sugar Bowl, and other sports properties on a wide array of commercial transactions and risk management matters. 
 
Vered holds a J.D. from USC and a B.A. from the University of California San Diego. She taught Sports Law at USC, Boston College, and at ISDE in Madrid. She also lived on campus at a college in Greece where she taught international business law and coached the men's basketball team.
 
Vered is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sports Lawyers Association and the Governing Committee of the ABA Sports and Entertainment Forum. She is an active member of the Bar in the States of California and Florida and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is the devoted mom of two sons. 



BOARD CHAIR LIAISON

Jayce Puttick is a marketing and sponsorship executive with 20+ years of experience in the sports & entertainment industry. At AdventHealth, one of the country’s largest nonprofit health care systems, Jayce oversees a sports & entertainment portfolio that includes partnerships with the Orlando Magic and Walt Disney World Resort.

Prior to her role at AdventHealth, Jayce spent 4 years with the Ladies Professional Golf Association securing new sponsors. Prior to the LPGA, Jayce built her foundation in events, marketing and sales with almost 10 years of experience at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication with a minor in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.

Jayce and her husband, Scott, reside in Orlando with their two daughters, Wynne and Adair.

COMMITTEE CHAIRS



NOMINATING COMMITTEE

Belinda Berman is General Counsel, USTA National Campus based in Lake Nona, and provides strategic business and legal guidance for the national governing body for the sport of tennis.

Before joining the USTA she spent 15 years with the USGA, the national governing body for the sport of golf. Belinda has extensive experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations in the sports, entertainment, pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare and confectionary industries. She is also one of the founding board members of the WISE Greater Orlando Chapter.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE

As Executive Vice President of Outlyr, Doyle currently manages several of Outlyr’s ten (10) owned/operated professional golf tournaments, as well as part of the Outlyr business development team consulting sports sponsorship portfolios for major brands and corporations.

Doyle has served in various marketing and business development roles over the last 25 years. Prior to joining Outlyr, she was with Arnold Palmer’s companies for 12 years, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer and Tournament Director overseeing the Arnold Palmer Invitational, API Junior, Arnold Palmer Cup, while working closely with their Foundation, licensing division and Clubs.

Doyle is a passionate sports advocate and proud graduate of the University of Florida.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE

Roxanne Ribakoff was hired in 2018 as the General Manager of ONE DAYTONA and in 2019 she was promoted to the business unit President of the ONE DAYTONA campus.

Prior to joining NASCAR, Ribakoff spent 11 years with GGP, Inc. beginning as an Associate Marketing Manager and advancing through several key management positions with increasing responsibility. Ribakoff was also a 10-year team member of Publix Supermarkets, the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the U.S., where she worked in marketing at its Corporate Headquarters in Lakeland, Fla.

Ribakoff sits on the Volusia Young Professionals Group board and is a co-chair of the WISE Within committee on behalf of the Greater Orlando Women in Sports and Events board. She was recognized as a Forty Under 40 by the Daytona Beach News-Journal in 2020. Ribakoff earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is married and an active mother of two daughters.



EVENTS COMMITTEE CHAIR

Lauren Ward is a dynamic marketing professional with over 14 years of experience working with leading brands such as USTA, Foxtail Coffee, and Florida Blue. With expertise in strategic planning, brand development, and event marketing, she has a proven ability to deliver impactful campaigns and foster meaningful connections and partnerships.

Passionate about empowering women in business, Lauren currently serves as the Events Chair for WISE Greater Orlando and previously served as the Marketing Committee Vice Chair. In her free time, Lauren enjoys working out, walking her dog Rex and traveling with her husband, Ryan.



EVENTS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Jessica Battaglia serves as the Senior Manager of Major Events for the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Her responsibilities encompass overseeing the operations and player experience for Olympic and Paralympic tennis events, in addition to managing the operations of the US Open Wheelchair Championships.



GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Audra Wason is the Manager, Business Development for runDisney, leading strategy, brand initiatives, creative development, and communications. With 15 years at The Walt Disney Company, she also served as Marketing Manager for runDisney.

Audra earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Sports Management from West Virginia University.


Sarah Ratzlaff
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE CHAIR

Sarah Ratzlaff is the Owner + Chief Inspiration Officer of ZOOMA Women's Race Series, an international series of women's half marathons and online running community.

Ratzlaff began her sports career with runDisney at Disney's Wide World of Sports. Her areas of expertise include sports marketing, business development and sales and, in addition to Disney, has worked with a number of high-profile brands such as the NFL Pro Bowl, DC Comics, Sesame Street and SeaWorld.


Reshina Warren Headshot
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Reshina Warren is the VP of Marketing & Social Media at the Women's Tennis Association (WTA). In her role she oversees the marketing and social media efforts, working to transform the WTA into a global sports and entertainment super brand.

Reshina previously worked and saw success as the Director of Social Media for the USTA and US Open. She has also worked for Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, the Orlando Magic, and helped start a WNBA team in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Reshina has a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters in Sports Business Management and an MBA from the DeVos Sport Business Management Program.



MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Rebekah Ball is the Associate Director of Development, Corporate and Foundation Relations for the UCF Foundation, Inc. In this role, she is responsible for partnering with local and national corporations and foundations to secure funding for UCF programs.

As a proud Florida native, Rebekah graduated with a bachelor's degree in Event Management and Hospitality from the University of Central Florida.

Before joining UCF, Rebekah spent six years at City Year Orlando as a Senior Development Manager where she was responsible for all marketing and communications, fundraising responsibilities, and led the planning and execution of all fundraising events hosted by City Year Orlando. Rebekah also spent nine years at the YMCA of Central Florida as a Program and Membership Director. In addition to WISE Greater Orlando, Rebekah is an alumna of ATHENA NextGen Class of 2022.

In her free time, Rebekah loves working out, going to the beach, traveling, and baking for her small business, The Frosted Flamingo Co.



MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Christie Cloud is a business professional with over a decade of experience in strategic planning, business development, and project management. In Christie’s role as Business Development Manager at ESPN Wide World of Sports, she leads sponsor integration, consumer engagement, and key business ventures that align with future growth strategies.

Christie’s undergraduate studies in Marketing and Accounting at the University of Kentucky provided a solid foundation for her career. Christie also received dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Sport Business Management from the DeVos Sport Business Management Program at University of Central Florida.

In her spare time, Christie enjoys hiking, yoga, and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.



MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Aimee Roy is Senior Director Marketing & Communications at BaAM Productions, an industry-leading creative experience company specializing in sports and entertainment projects. From building baseball magic for MLB at Field of Dreams to converting venues for the NHL outdoor games, BaAM is a trusted partner for leagues and teams looking to carve new paths for fan engagement. 



MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIR

Courtney Quintero is the Assistant Director of Client Services for the Orlando Magic. She leads the Client Services team and creates fan synergy with the Orlando Magic’s Loyal Blue Members. She has 10+ years of experience in the sports and entertainment industry.

Courtney started her career in ticket sales with Sporting Kansas City. She then went on to manage marketing and sponsorships with the Kansas City Sports Commission & Foundation/WIN for KC.  As she continued to grow her career, she managed premium accounts as the only Premium Fan Services Representative for the Philadelphia Union. Most recently, she was a Premium Account Manager at Madison Square Garden for the Knicks, Rangers, and all concerts/events at MSG prior to joining the Orlando Magic.

A native of Wilmington, Delaware, Courtney graduated with a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Coastal Carolina University, where she played D1 soccer.  She and her husband, Gabriel, reside in Orlando with their son, Dominic, and daughter, Amelia.



MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Stephanie Marrone serves as the Senior Director of Customer Relations at Florida Citrus Sports, where she oversees strategies to enhance member engagement, retention, and satisfaction along with leading the Guest Experience team for the premium levels at Camping World Stadium. Stephanie has dedicated her entire professional career to Florida Citrus Sports, showcasing her passion and commitment to the organization’s mission of positively impacting the Orlando region while enhancing the quality of life in Central Florida through world-class events.

A proud graduate of Rollins College, Stephanie earned her undergraduate degree before pursuing her master’s degree at the University of Georgia. She is a diehard Georgia Bulldog fan. When she is not cheering for the bulldogs on the football field, she is chasing around her son, Cooper.

Courtney Harle serves as an MLS and NWSL Account Manager for Bensussen Deutsch & Associates, LLC (BDA), a global Merchandise Agency. Courtney brings over eight years of experience in the sports and entertainment industries, across both team and business operation sides through corporate partnerships, game presentation, and events and fan engagement. 

Prior to joining BDA, Courtney served as Assistant Director of Development for Baylor University and as Brand Alliances Marketing Manager for Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride. 

In her spare time, Courtney freelances as a Stage Manager, recently producing several college football games including the 2023 Pop-Tarts Bowl, 2024 Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, 2024 Florida Classic, and 2024 Bahamas Bowl.

Courtney is a double alumna of Baylor University, earning her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Master of Business Administration in Marketing. 


Nan Anantravanich
SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Nan Anantravanich works on the Strategic Partnerships and Marketing team at AdventHealth. In her role, Nan manages AdventHealth’s entertainment partnerships including Disney, Dr. Phillips Center, and LEGOLAND.

Prior to AdventHealth, she worked at the Orlando Magic and Disney. Her experience includes marketing, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Nan is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Chinese Studies. She loves all things Disney, traveling, and making memories with her family.
