VICE PRESIDENT

Kay Rawlins is a Founder of Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride, and serves as Senior VP of Community and Social Impact and President of the Orlando City Foundation. Kay’s role includes all the community outreach, sending players to schools and youth groups, encouraging staff and fans to join community projects, and supporting other local non-profits. The Parramore community has been a focus and the Club is involved in many projects to improve the lives of the community.

Kay heads up the Orlando City Foundation and is a board member for Cannonball Kids cancer, Central Florida Foundation, 4 Roots Foundation, Florida Sports Foundation, WISE Greater Orlando, All Women Empowered, Black Boardroom Leadership Institute Advisory Council, and is on the Advisory Committee of the US Global Leadership Coalition.

Kay gave a talk at TEDx Orlando 2017 and was awarded 2016 Businesswoman of the Year by the Orlando Business Journal, Corporate Ally of the Year 2019 by the Pride Chamber, 2021 Women in Sports Leadership Award at the Greater Orlando Sports Commission's annual Celebrating Women in Sports Luncheon, and included in Florida Trend's 500 Most Influential Business Leaders in 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023, and City & State Women Power 100 in 2022.




PRESIDENT

Katie Stocz Miller is in her 14th season with the Orlando Magic, where she has grown her career from sales executive to senior vice president of premium and client services, fan experience and operations. Miller is responsible for leading the Magic’s premium and client services teams and customer service initiatives, while implementing short and long-term retention strategies that increase fan affinity, maximize revenue and continue to strengthen the Orlando Magic brand. Prior to joining the Magic, Miller spent three years in minor league baseball as the director of client services for the Savannah Sand Gnats. She has also spent time with WATH/WXTQ radio in Athens, Ohio, the Cleveland Browns and the Southern Ohio Copperheads.

Miller serves on the board for Central Florida Community Arts and has previously served with Central Florida’s Adult Literacy League. Miller is a member of the Ohio University Alumni chapter, and also mentors young professionals in collegiate sport business programs, including the University of Central Florida. 

A native of Cortland, Ohio, Katie earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in psychology from Ohio University. Katie and her husband, Steve, reside in Altamonte Springs, Fla., with their daughter, Maya (7) and son, Cole (4).

PRESIDENT ELECT

Sharon Line Clary is Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Communications for AdventHealth where she oversees strategic marketing for the nationally ranked health care system which cares for over five million patients a year across 9 states.  She also oversees marketing, sales and communications for the system’s flagship, AdventHealth Orlando, which encompasses 16 hospitals, 22 emergency rooms, 35 urgent care centers, outpatient facilities/services, a 600+ employed multi-specialty physician practice and 3,400+ medical staff. Additionally, Sharon provides strategic direction for AdventHealth’s sports and entertainment partnerships and strategic alliances, including partnerships with Dr. Phillips Center for Performing Arts, Daytona International Speedway and the Orlando Magic.

Sharon is a graduate of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Information, Management and Marketing and Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication Technologies. She resides in Winter Park with her husband, Michael (architect and University of Florida Gator), and enjoys traveling, photography, visual and performing arts and the Florida State Seminoles.

SECRETARY

Belinda Berman joined the United States Tennis Association in 2018 as General Counsel for the USTA National Campus in Orlando, Florida.  Prior to joining the USTA, Belinda spent 15 years with the United States Golf Association in Liberty Corner, New Jersey working for the governing body of golf in the United States. With extensive experience in sports, events, and non-profit organizations, and her leadership roles with the International Trademark Association as well as her participation as an AWE Leader with Advancing Woman Executives, she welcomed the opportunity to become one of the founding Board members of WISE Greater Orlando.

Kelly Day is the Operations Proprietor at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World, where she leads a team of 12 managers and 300+ Cast Members who execute professional, collegiate, and amateur events. In Kelly’s time at ESPN WWOS, she has been involved in the successful operational planning and execution of The Invictus Games, Pro Bowl, Atlanta Braves Spring Training, Orlando Invitational DI Basketball Tournament, RunDisney events and all national championship tournaments that ESPN WWOS hosts annually. She has been with the Walt Disney Company for 13 years.

Day received her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Saint Mary where she played basketball for four years and was eventually inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2011.  Kelly continued her education with a Masters in Sports Management from Western Illinois University. In her spare time, Day enjoys staying active at the gym and playing with her two young nieces.  She is also the proud dog mom of a precious beagle, Luke.

As Executive Vice President of Outlyr, Doyle currently manages several of Outlyr’s ten (10) owned/operated professional golf tournaments, as well as part of the Outlyr business development team consulting sports sponsorship portfolios for major brands and corporations.

Doyle has served in various marketing and business development roles over the last 25 years. Prior to joining Outlyr, she was with Arnold Palmer’s companies for 12 years, ultimately serving as Chief Operating Officer and Tournament Director overseeing the Arnold Palmer Invitational, API Junior, Arnold Palmer Cup, while working closely with their Foundation, licensing division and Clubs.

Doyle is a passionate sports advocate and proud graduate of the University of Florida.
 




Jennifer Lastik currently serves as Executive Vice President for the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. In this role, Lastik oversees event logistics for a four-county region, oversees a team of event managers and plays an essential role in executing events to enhance Greater Orlando as a sports destination. Lastik also manages the state grant program, technology services and the intern program for the company. Prior to joining GO Sports, Lastik served as an Event Manager for Global Spectrum at the UCF Arena.

Lastik received a bachelors in Sport Management at Slippery Rock University and a Master’s in Sport Management from West Virginia University. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Orlando Partnership, and is a member of Leadership Orlando Class of ’96 and ATHENA NextGen Class of 2016. Lastik was named to Orlando Business Journal’s Forty under 40 class in 2014 and 2018.

Roxanne Ribakoff was hired in 2018 as the General Manager of ONE DAYTONA and in 2019 she was promoted to the business unit President of the ONE DAYTONA campus.

Prior to joining NASCAR, Ribakoff spent 11 years with GGP, Inc. beginning as an Associate Marketing Manager and advancing through several key management positions with increasing responsibility.  Ribakoff was also a 10-year team member of Publix Supermarkets, the largest employee-owned supermarket chain in the U.S., where she worked in marketing at its Corporate Headquarters in Lakeland, Fla.

Ribakoff sits on the Volusia Young Professionals Group board and is a co-chair of the WISE Within committee on behalf of the Greater Orlando Women in Sports and Events board. She was recognized as a Forty Under 40 by the Daytona Beach News-Journal in 2020. Ribakoff earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix. She is married and an active mother of two daughters.

Ashley Turner is currently the Director of External Affairs and Partnerships for the DeVos Sport Business Management Graduate Program at the University of Central Florida.  In her role, she works closely with industry leaders to develop partnerships that provide students with industry experience and the partners with consultation for business challenges. Prior to joining UCF, Ashley led the Orlando Magic’s premium activation efforts for six years.
Turner received her M.B.A and a Masters in Sports Management from the DeVos Sport Business program at the University of Central Florida.  She also holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from SUNY Buffalo, where she was a captain on the women’s soccer team.

Turner is an active member of her church at Orlando World Outreach Center and currently serves on the boards of The Howard Phillips Center, The Institute of Sport and Social Justice and the African American Chamber of Commerce.

Steph Heika
FINANCE TASK FORCE CHAIR

Steph Heika is a Senior Finance Manager for The Walt Disney Company, supporting Disney's Hollywood Studios and Costuming. She leads a six-member team responsible for financial planning processes including the Long-Term Strategic Plan, Annual Operating Plan, Capital Plan and Monthly Forecast. Her relationships reach far and wide, being a critical thought partner for Strategic Development, Consumer Insights and Operations.

With nearly a decade at The Walt Disney Company, she has delivered upon new business modeling with an innovative mindset. This was particularly important as Walt Disney World Parks re-opened after being shut down by the COVID pandemic. Her ability to strengthen collaboration and connectivity between organizations allows her to deliver a best in class approach to the business. Steph is passionate about growth-oriented development as showcased by her involvement in mentorship and finance transformation.

Steph is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Accountancy. Directly following graduation, she continued her education at EIU earning her Masters of Business Administration in Accountancy.

EVENTS COMMITTEE CHAIR

Lauren Ward currently works as the Marketing and Community Engagement Manager for Foxtail Coffee, leading the development and execution of marketing strategies as well as maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders in the community and executing events to drive brand awareness. She has over 12 years of nonprofit, sports and health/wellness related experience specifically focused on event activations, marketing, partnerships and social media. In her free time, Lauren enjoys working out, walking her dog Rex and traveling with her husband, Ryan.

Jessica Battaglia is the Senior Manager, Major Events at the USTA.

Jessica received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sport Science with a specialization in Athletic Training in 2001 from the University of Florida and a Master of Science in Sport Management from Barry University in 2005. 


Sarah Ratzlaff
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE CHAIR

Sarah Ratzlaff is the Owner + Chief Inspiration Officer of ZOOMA Women's Race Series, an international series of women's half marathons and online running community. Ratzlaff began her sports career with runDisney at Disney's Wide World of Sports. Her areas of expertise include sports marketing, business development and sales and in addition to Disney, has worked with a number of high profile brands such as the NFL Pro Bowl, DC Comics, Sesame Street and SeaWorld.

Kyle Sturley
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Kyle Sturley is the Senior Director of Marketing, Communications & Special Events for the Greater Orlando Sports Commission. In this role, she is responsible for the planning and execution of major marquee events hosted by GO Sports, and also manages the organization’s marketing, communications, website and digital media efforts. 

Sturley received her BA in Psychology from Michigan State University and M.S. Ed. in Sport Management from Old Dominion University. In addition to WISE Greater Orlando, she serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors for Orlando’s Downtown Arts District. In her free time, Sturley freelances in college athletics, annually working events such as the ESPN Events Invitational, the Outback Bowl, and the new London Basketball Classic. She loves photography and travel, prioritizing international trips to learn about other cultures. 


Reshina Warren Headshot
MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Reshina Warren is currently the Director of Social Media Content Strategy & Analytics at the United States Tennis Association (USTA). In her role she leads a team that creates engaging content for both USTA and US Open Tennis social media channels. 

Reshina has also worked for Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts, the Orlando Magic, and helped start a WNBA team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has a degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Masters in Sports Business Management and a MBA from the DeVos Sport Business Management Program.



MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Rebekah Ball is the Senior Development Manager for City Year Orlando. In this role, she is responsible for all communications, marketing and fundraising responsibilities, and leads the planning and execution of all fundraising events hosted by City Year Orlando.

As a native of Florida, Rebekah graduated with her bachelor's degree in Event Management and Hospitality from the University of Central Florida. Before joining City Year Orlando, Rebekah spent nine years with the YMCA of Central Florida where she served as a Program and Membership Director, leading all sales, marketing, communications and facility operations. In addition to WISE Greater Orlando, Rebekah is an alumna of ATHENA NextGen Class of 2022. In her free time, Rebekah loves working out, going to the beach, traveling, and baking custom sweets for her small business, The Frosted Flamingo Co.

Aimee Roy is Director of Communications at BaAM, an industry-leading creative experience company specializing in sports and entertainment projects. From building baseball magic for MLB at Field of Dreams to converting venues for the NHL outdoor hockey games, BaAM is a truster partner for leagues and teams looking to carve new paths for fan engagement. Aimee has led communications at BaAM for more than 10 years.

Jayce Puttick is a marketing and sponsorship executive with 18+ years of experience in the sports & entertainment industry.  At AdventHealth, one of the country’s largest nonprofit health care systems, Jayce oversees a sports & entertainment portfolio that includes partnerships with the Orlando Magic and Walt Disney World.  Prior to her role at AdventHealth, Puttick spent 4 years with the Ladies Professional Golf Association securing new sponsors.  Prior to the LPGA, Jayce built her foundation in events, marketing and sales with almost 10 years of experience at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. 

Jayce and her husband, Scott, reside in Orlando with their two daughters, Wynne and Adair.

Emily Moak
SPONSORSHIP COMMITTEE CHAIR

Emily Moak, an accomplished sports executive that carries over fifteen years of leadership in the industry, is the Managing Director of Sports Consulting at Kreshmore Group. She has proven skills in managing a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients and events with a large participant base that generate significant revenue. She has demonstrated the ability to enhance existing events and facilities by incorporating new concepts that drive both a superior guest experience and increased profitability through strong partnering internally and externally. She manages with enthusiasm, positivity, and a focus on delivering results that exceed the guest and client expectations.

Most recently, Moak held the role of General Manager, USSSA Space Coast Complex. In this role she oversaw the management of travel operations, box office, event management, facility maintenance, guest services, sales and budget / capital planning. At this venue she was responsible for the execution of over 45 annual events with a unique participation in excess of 34,000 and overall attendance in excess of 260,000.

The foundation for Moak's career was set at the Walt Disney World Resort. She began within the resorts division but quickly transitioned to ESPN Wide World of Sports to pursue her passion. Throughout her twelve-year tenure she was promoted through several leadership roles to include Event Management, Sales / Partnerships, and Event Development / Programming.

Nan Anantravanich

Nan Anantravanich works on the Strategic Partnerships and Marketing team at AdventHealth. In her role, Nan manages AdventHealth’s entertainment partnerships including Disney, Dr. Phillips Center, and LEGOLAND. Prior to AdventHealth, she worked at the Orlando Magic and Disney. Her experience includes marketing, relationship management, strategic partnerships, and business development.

Nan is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Chinese Studies. She loves all things Disney, traveling, and making memories with her family. 

Lori Newcomb
WISE WITHIN COMMITTEE CHAIR

Lori Newcomb is the Vice President of Development at Special Olympics Florida, an organization which brings the joy of sport to children and adults with intellectual disabilities. She leads a team of fundraising professionals that generate revenue to support more than 58,000 athletes competing in programs across the state. Prior to coming to Special Olympics Florida, Lori worked for Make-A-Wish at its international headquarters in Arizona, focusing on the development of strategic corporate partnerships, with a career highlight spearheading the fundraising effort to open a Make-A-Wish office in China. Lori began her career at ESPN Wide World of Sports, where her internship led to a full-time position and she spent nine years working in sports tourism and business development for the Walt Disney Company.

Lori enjoys traveling, outdoor sports and random adventures that never lead to a dull moment. She volunteers her time with shelter dogs at Hound Haven and fosters kittens with Orange County Animal Services. She is married to Jason Robinson, a Producer at Walt Disney World, and is the proud aunt of two nephews, Braden and Luke. Lori and Jason love being pet parents to five adorable rescue dogs and cats.

Sari Kitelyn
WISE WITHIN COMMITTEE VICE CHAIR

Sari Kitelyn is the Director of Esports + Project Development for Full Sail University. For the past 14 years, she’s been responsible for developing brand initiatives for Full Sail, including brand campaigns, community outreach projects, new business development and strategic planning. Most recently, Sari has been building and leading Full Sail’s esports initiative, including establishing Full Sail Armada, Full Sail’s varsity esports team. Under Sari’s leadership, Full Sail’s esports efforts have grown, expanding both deep into the industry as well as locally on campus. Full Sail has been home to many events, including the MLG Call of Duty U.S. Championship, NBA2K’s The Ticket, Red Bull Conquest, Florida Mayhem Watch Parties, and has produced their own events like Hall of Game: Worlds Collide, Call of Duty Collegiate Invitational, Overlords of Orlando with HungryBox, Blizzard’s Hearthstone Collegiate Championship and more.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida, Sari holds degrees in Political Science/Pre-Law and Business, and she holds her Project Management Professional Certification (PMP). Prior to working at Full Sail, Sari specialized in large-scale event management and strategic project management and planning.
