WISE Greater Orlando and WISE Tampa Bay would like to invite you to join us for this special two-part event. This event will kick off with a Behind the Scenes experience at NASCAR followed by the WAWA 250 Race on Friday, August 23rd. The event activities will continue the following morning, Saturday, August 24th, with a group yoga session and networking breakfast. Join us for Friday, Saturday, or both days based on your availability. Full details of each day are found below.
Day 1: Friday, August 23rd
2:00 - 2:45 PM: Event check-in for WISE GO and WISE Tampa Bay members at Marriott Orlando Downtown. If you'd like to stay overnight at the hotel, please see hotel details below to book your stay with our special discounted rate.
3:00 - 4:15 PM: Charter bus ride to NASCAR in Daytona.
4:30 - 6:30 PM: Behind the Scenes experience at NASCAR.
6:45 - 7:30 PM: Private suite with complimentary food and drinks plus a Q/A session with NASCAR senior leaders before race start.
7:30 PM: Race begins.
9:30/9:45 PM: Bus departs back to Marriott Orlando Downtown.
Day 2: Saturday, August 24th
7:30 - 8:30 AM: Yoga session in Marriott Orlando Downtown ballroom (attendance is optional).
8:30 - 9:30 AM: Complimentary breakfast and networking at hotel.
9:30 - 10:45 AM: WISE GO/WISE Tampa Bay updates and coffee chat with Chapter Presidents Katie Stocz Miller and Claire Lessinger.
Transportation/Parking: We ask that anyone who plans to participate in the Behind the Scenes portion of Friday's itinerary meet us at Marriott Orlando Downtown by 2:45 PM and take the charter bus to NASCAR and back. If you plan to drive on your own and meet us at NASCAR, you will be responsible for any costs to park at NASCAR and will need to meet us at our suite at 6:45 PM. For the events on Saturday morning, hourly metered parking is available in the Marriott Orlando Downtown parking lot for those not staying at the hotel.

RSVP: This event is only open to WISE Greater Orlando and WISE Tampa Bay members. The cost for the event is $20 per person which covers your ticket to the NASCAR race plus food and drinks on Friday night. The $20 fee is only for those attending Friday, August 23rd. There is no additional fee if you plan to attend Saturday, August 24th.
