Join WISE Greater Orlando for an evening of wellness and networking! This WISE Wellness event is presented by Florida Citrus Sports and will take place on Wednesday, October 22nd on the field at Camping World Stadium*.
This event is $15 for members of WISE Greater Orlando and $30 for non-member guests. An RSVP through this page is required as space is limited.
All participants should bring their own mat, water bottle, and towel, and wear athletic clothing for the event. Complimentary refreshments will be provided.
*In the event of inclement weather, the event will take place inside at the Varsity Club at Camping World Stadium.

5:45 - 6:00 PM: Event check-in
6:05 - 6:55 PM: Workout on the field (25 minutes of mat pilates and 25 minutes of yoga)
7:00 - 8:00 PM: Networking happy hour
