WISE Greater Orlando is proud to announce that Shannon Clark, Chief Customer Officer for Florida Citrus Sports, has been named the 2025 Women of Inspiration Award winner. She will be honored during the 7th Annual Greater Orlando Sports Commission Celebrating Women in Sports Luncheon, presented by Orlando Health Jewett Orthopedic Institute, on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at UCF’s Addition Financial Arena.
The annual luncheon celebrates women making a lasting impact in sports, recognizing honorees in three categories: the Women in Sports Leadership Award, the Rising Star Award, and the WISE Greater Orlando Women of Inspiration Award. This special honor is awarded by local WISE chapters to women who embody the WISE mission — achieving excellence in sports business, leading by example, supporting other women, and serving as role models and mentors.
About Shannon Clark
With more than 25 years at Florida Citrus Sports, Shannon Clark has played a pivotal role in bringing world-class sporting events to Central Florida. Since 2011, she has served as the organization’s Chief Customer Officer, overseeing event, team, and venue operations, and working with major partners including the NFL, U.S. Soccer, FIFA, Chelsea FC, and Manchester City FC. Clark’s leadership has been instrumental in the success of iconic events like the Pop-Tarts Bowl, Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, and Florida Blue Florida Classic. An Orlando native and proud Florida State graduate, she has been recognized as an Orlando Business Journal “C-Level” Award honoree and has guided Florida Citrus Sports through major stadium renovations and an expanding calendar of events.
