What began as a vision to create a network of professional women in sports and events has grown into something far greater over the last 5 years: a thriving, deeply connected community of female professionals built on empowerment, inclusion, and unwavering support.
A Network That Transcends Expectations
Since the inception of the chapter in 2020, WISE Greater Orlando has rapidly become one of the leading WISE chapters in the U.S. In just five years, WISE Greater Orlando has become a powerhouse network, now 350 members strong, representing 108 companies across Central Florida and spanning eight professional sports teams, including the Orlando Pride, Orlando City, Orlando Magic, Orlando Solar Bears, Orlando Squeeze, Orlando Valkyries, Osceola Magic, and Tampa Bay Rays. It’s a testament to the collective dedication and drive of the women within this chapter.
Beyond numbers, the chapter has established meaningful initiatives. Our Celebrating Women of Inspiration and Women to Watch programs have spotlighted female leaders who are breaking barriers, paving the way for the next generation, and reshaping our industry.
An Impact That Reaches Far and Wide
WISE Greater Orlando is not just a professional network—it’s a force that helps shape the sports and events landscape across Central Florida. Our members include leaders from governing bodies like USTA, LPGA, GO Sports Commission, and AAU, as well as more than 30 student members from six colleges and universities, ensuring we continue nurturing young professionals.
In the last year alone, WISE Greater Orlando members have played instrumental roles in major national and international sporting events, from the NFL Pro Bowl Games and U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials to the Pop-Tarts Bowl, Cheez-It Citrus Bowl, and Arnold Palmer Invitational. This list of accomplishments speaks volumes about the impact and expertise within our community.
